New Cureus Journal Channel
TTUHSC El Paso to launch Cureus Journal channel and in-house editorial board
TTUHSC El Paso is launching its own Cureus Journal of Medical Science channel where our residents, fellows, students, and faculty members can submit their work for publication.
The Cureus Journal is a peer-reviewed, open-access medical journal for the new generation of doctors, researchers and patients.
Submitted manuscripts will be reviewed by an in-house editorial board and postgraduate advancement research committee (PARC) developed by Kahtan Fadah, D.O. The board will select articles to be submitted to Cureus Journal, and the first 25 selected will have publication costs waived.
“We’re enthusiastic about using this channel to produce high-quality research that enhances TTUHSC El Paso's reputation and advances research productivity within our institution,” said Dr. Fadah. “Our focus is to support our foundational members, including medical students, residents, and fellows. We’ll aim to foster collaboration, innovation, and knowledge-sharing to make a meaningful impact in patient care.”
More information is available in Submission Criteria and the Grading Rubic. If you have any questions, kindly direct your inquiries to Dr. Kahtan Fadah at kfadah@ttuhsc.edu. To delve into further details and initiate your submission process, please visit the TTUHSC El Paso Cureus Channel.
