Days of Service Recap

With National Volunteer Week approaching, our annual Days of Service events.

From April 17 to 20, more than 200 Texas Tech Health El Paso community members volunteered at 25 locations around our Borderplex, including at El Pasoans Fighting Hunger Food Bank, the El Paso Humane Society and the Salvation Army of El Paso.

Our annual Days of Service is a cornerstone of the university’s values of service and teamwork. It offers a platform for the university community to respond to the community’s needs, fostering a spirit of giving and mutual respect that extends far beyond the event itself. Students contribute over 20,000 hours of service annually, a remarkable testament to their commitment to our community.
