TTUHSC El Paso Updates Logos

As TTUHSC El Paso grows, so does our need to ensure that the institution’s brand is readily identifiable for both our internal and external constituents.

To develop a clear, structured brand and identification system, the Office of Institutional Advancement has streamlined logos and updated stationery.

We realize that updates can be costly - particularly for signage and high-end giveaways - so replacing branding can occur gradually, as budgets allow.

Primary TTUHSC El Paso Logo

Effective immediately, we will begin to phase out the “Parent” logo for TTUHSC El Paso…

Old TTUHSC El Paso centered logo

and replace it with what has been known as the “Marketing” logo. Two versions of the logo are available in centered and horizontal formats: one with the full name of the institution spelled out and one with only the acronym.

Secondary Logos: Schools

Logos for each of the schools will also update and will also be available in centered and horizontal formats, with options to include the full name of the university or just the acronym.

What about the individual school logos?

Use of school logos with their respective donor names is limited and requires the approval of Institutional Advancement.

Secondary Logos: Non-Academic Departments

Non-academic department logos follow the same guidelines as the primary and secondary logos.

Tertiary Logos: Academic Departments

Updates to the academic department logo place more focus on the department, but also affiliate to their respective schools. Please follow the same application guidelines as those of the primary and school logos.

Seals and Spirit Logos

Spirit logos will phase out and be replaced by department, school or academic department logos. If you’d like to use a round logo, an “alternative seal” is available with approval from Institutional Advancement. No modifications/additions can be made to the alternative seal.

NOTE: The official seal remains reserved for the Office of the President.

Grant and Student Programs

A new system is in place for all grant-funded programs and student organizations on campus, providing cohesion in our visual identity while allowing faculty and students flexibility to create unique identities that raise awareness for programs. All grant-funded and student-organization artwork must be approved by Institutional Advancement.
