ERS Summer Enrollment

The 2024 ERS Summer Enrollment period for Texas Tech Health El Paso employees is July 1 - 12. Summer Enrollment is your only chance to make benefits changes unless you have a qualifying life event (QLE). If you do not have changes, you don’t need to do anything; your current coverage will continue through Plan Year 2025 (Sept. 1, 2024 – Aug. 31, 2025).

How to make changes:

Online – www.ers.texas.gov

• Make/change Summer Enrollment elections.

• Certify newly enrolled children and initiate dependent verification, if applicable.

• Initiate EOI, if applicable.

• Access information on all plans.

No internet access?

If you don’t have internet access, visit the Human Resources Office in the Clinical Business Support (CBS) building at 4950 Gateway Blvd East.

Benefit coordinators will be available to assist you through the online selections during the dates and times below. No appointment is necessary.
