Counseling Resources
TTUHSC El Paso once more grieves the loss of innocent lives, this time due to a senseless act of violence in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We mourn with the families and loved ones of the victims, and extend our heartfelt condolences to the Tulsa community. As a health sciences center, we understand the profound impact health care professionals have on individuals and families within a community, and we also mourn with the Saint Francis Health System, which has endured unfathomable loss.
As we process this tragedy, as well as those in Buffalo, New York, and Uvalde, Texas, we encourage members of the community in need of counseling services to reach out to local organizations offering resources.
We’d like to assure our campus and clinical communities that your safety is our top priority. The Texas Tech Police Department continually reviews our campus needs to ensure appropriate security measures are in place at all times.
